There’s nothing finer that has the ability to put a smile on my face other than this Ecuadorian Sumatra Oscuro wrapped treat in The Judge in Toro BP by My Father Cigars.
Yep, it’s always a good day when I get to choose this box-pressed gem in The Judge cigar by My Father Cigars.
Creamy chewy smoke brings satisfaction every time…
I can’t wait until the next time…

COVID-19 Day 631
Yep, I guess you could say I was feeling pretty “Smug” selecting and then smoking this Prime Specimen from the TupperDor this morning in this “Aged” The Judge in Toro (BP) by My Father Cigars. The Yellow Cello should speak for itself!
As I was luxuriating in this cigar’s chewy smoke delivering earthy tobacco flavors of dark coffee or roasted coffee bean flavors, dark cocoa, and Maduro sweetness. I can’t complain… I’m lovin’ this cigar!
At the second third, I decided that I’m just going to go along for the ride with today’s The Judge cigar. The couldn’t be more perfect delivering tobacco flavors that only this “Aged” beauty can deliver and I’m not going to miss it!
Oh, and another thing… I’ve been noticing lately that almost every time I smoke a cigar that makes me go “Wow”, it often has an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper… Hmm, I sense some Sumatra smoking adventures in the near future.
Until next time…

COVID-19 Day 390
It’s been a while since I was able to focus and smoke one of these My Father Cigars The Judge in Toro (Box-Pressed).
Once lit, thru dry smoke, tobacco flavors of earthy cocoa, coffee, and leather round out the flavor profiles that I’m almost certain to enjoy.
Although thoroughly enjoyable, and I’m not complaining, this specimen of The Judge was more of the mild-medium-bodied smoke than from what I remembered and experienced prior.
About the midpoint, I’m totally engaged in this smoking experience happy to bask in the sweet caramel flavors that have appeared…
I’m diggin’ this fine cigar!

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 50: 3.0-Mile Cigar
When the stars align and I want great tobacco flavors… I got flavor!
This morning’s Cigar-Walk was with the highly anticipated The Judge by My Father Cigars… anticipated because I just purchased a couple of its smaller siblings in the newly released Corona Gorda Vitola. And, being that I hadn’t smoked this Toro beauty since last December (2019), I thought I had better get reacquainted with it before I ventured into the smaller-sized version for comparison.
Today’s Three-Mile trek with The Judge by My Father Cigars was certainly a pleasure. I can’t wait to smoke The Judge in Corona Gorda… Mmmm, Good!

Since my re-engagement back into the Cigar Hobby, one of the first “new” small-batch (artisanal) cigars were from My Father Cigars, The Judge.
I’ve smoked 3 or 4 of these before and I became a fan of these cigars since the first or second puff. I didn’t know it at the time about 6 months ago when I first tasted My Father’s The Judge, that this would become my flavor “sweet-spot”; Voluminous Chewy Smoke, Earth, Chocolate, Leather, and a touch of Black Pepper.
“The Garcías have made increased usage of their own tobaccos since planting their first seeds in 2006. My Father The Judge incorporates tobaccos from three García farms (La Bonita Two, El Pedrero, and San Rafael) for the cigar’s filler blend. As with all García blends, the cigar showcases a double binder, featuring Criollo and Corojo varietals from Nicaragua. “The Garcías have made increased usage of their own tobaccos since planting their first seeds in 2006.
