Well, I was remiss at not taking any notes today of this experience with the Tatuaje Tattoo Caballero (Robusto) by Tatuaje Cigars. I however do remember sitting back and admiring this “smoky” cigar as I reminisced of being reunited with its “heady” natural tobacco flavors from this Ecuadorian Habano wrapped beauty!

Hanging out with this Tatuaje Tattoo is like hanging out with an old friend. Earthy tobacco flavors with a blast of dull black pepper spice that coats my palate that also delivers decent pepper flavors on the retrohale.

I choose the correct companion for this morning’s Cigar-Walk with this Tatuaje Tattoo Caballero (Robusto) by Tatuaje Cigars… it was 15°F (-9.4°C) outside today!

Needless to say, a fast-moving Cigar-Walk was the order of the day if I wanted to keep warm with this affordable and tasty Tatuaje “Tattoo” Caballero (Robusto) by Tatuaje Cigars, and, it held up very well on this very cold morning!

I just stocked up on this Vitola as well as some of the other offerings that I have not smoked yet. I’m looking forward to it!

Yeasty earthy bread and sweet cocoa with a dull pepper spice on the retrohale greeted me with this Tatuaje Tattoo Caballero (Robusto).

March 2019 was the last time I smoked this Tatuaje Tattoo that has been marinating in the TupperDor for a little over a year… Deep, rich, and smooth…

As I near the halfway point some fruitiness creeps in to join the party… I expect the experience to ramp up at the final third… Wow, I just received a pepper blast the made my eye tear up…

Tried and True I never regretted putting the Tatuaje Tattoo in my TupperDor.

The Tatuaje Tattoo was one of my first discoveries when I reentered the cigar hobby last February a little over a year now.

At the time, I was looking for an affordable cigar that wasn’t too intimidating yet flavorful and “New” and I knew that this cigar was going to have accompanied me on the golf course or while I was engaged in conversation… I was looking for a cigar that was a “tried and true” smoking experience that I didn’t have to pay attention to and not “high-maintenance”.

Today, I still stand on my enjoyable moments with the Tatuaje Tattoo cigar.

My cold draws from the Tattoo by Tatuaje provide consistent aromas of earth, barnyard, and slight sweet cocoa.

Once lit, all my flavor checkboxes are checked; earthy tobacco, with leather, creamy cocoa, and coffee with some dried fruit sweetness. The burn and retrohale are perfect in every way… not too much; just enough to let you know it’s there.

This is now a permanent cigar in my TupperDor for “Anytime”!

Whoa is me; I don’t know why I haven’t written about this fabulous stick sooner.

The Tatuaje Tattoo is one of my standby Smokes… it never fails. Pete Johnson pepper and complex flavors follow later on in the smoking experience.

Yesterday I had this in the car on my way to my first “Basic” Archery class at Trackers Earth (@TrackersPDX) in SE Portland, Oregon.
