COVID-19 Day 573
I love this cigar!
Cocoa and spice and everything nice! … Huge earthy tobacco flavors with mocha and roasted coffee in the mix with a retrohale that might make you tear up if you’re not careful, with notes of cocoa in that retrohale, so pay attention!
The Dunbarton Sobremesa is definitely a cigar you can luxuriate in! This cigar is a keeper through and through!

COVID-19 Day 510
The Sobremesa Cigar by Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust Company comes from a long line of smoky cigars and this specimen provided plenty of it today!
Once lit through a perfect draw came mouthfuls of chewy creamy smoke delivering deep rich tobacco flavors of earthy cocoa, cedar, and subtle vanilla flavors…
At this point past the first third, I’m opting to luxuriate with this Sobremesa in Robusto Largo by Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust Company and soak in the enjoyment from this exquisite cigar!… I’m cruising along…
It’s probably best not to speak to me when I’m in this “space” with a “Box-Worthy” cigar!
COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 114: 2.5-Mile Cigar
This morning I was reminded what happens when a great cigar gets better with time… I had the inspiration to choose this Sobremesa Robusto Largo by Dunbarton Tobacco and Trust Company for this morning’s Cigar-Walk and I’m glad I did!
This “Aged” and firmly tobacco-packed Sobremesa in Robusto Largo was the perfect fit for this morning’s 5-Mile trek. Having been marinating in the Sakamoto TupperDor since 2018… this was a treat to smoke.
I’ll have to check my inventory to make sure I have plenty to supply my cravings.
It appears that I haven’t smoked this Vitola in over a year…
This week’s punch-cut theme provided a slower and a not too tight draw; I have hope.
A malty walnut flavor is lasting on my palate
At about the halfway point the cigar opens up and the smoke flows freely without me having to exercise my cheek muscles; the char line is impeccable.
There an accumulation of the pepper spice that’s somewhere in the background and presents itself as a well-rounded tingle of spice. Complex flavors will reward you with plenty of smooth smoke and a long-lasting finish
This one has a home in my TupperDor
This was my second Sobremesa since 09/29/2018. I’m more impressed with this than I was the first time. Complex and for good reason if you look what’s inside of this cigar.
After I fired this up, I just wanted to be left alone so that I could discover and enjoy what this cigar had to offer. I’ll be back; this belongs in my TupperDor.
This one hits all my flavor points.
I purchased two of the Sobremesas, Corona Grande and Robusto Largo.
