Room101 10th Anniversary by Room101 Cigars

COVID-19 Day 538
10th Anniversary, AJ Fernandez, Matt Booth, Nicaraguan Rosado, Room 101, Toro I remember distinctly more than a year ago when Cody aka @MaduroMadMan at The Cigar Chapel in Bend, Oregon gave me my first Room101 10th Anniversary by Room101 Cigars… and I’m am forever grateful!

Today, immediately upon my first puff and long-awaited reunion with this cigar… Through an easy and perfect draw come volumes of chewy smoke of earthy leather, dark coffee, and cedar tobacco flavors with a decent retrohale of black pepper spice.

I just Re-Discovered that these Room101 10th Anniversary cigars are made at the A.J. Fernandez factory in Esteli, Nicaragua…no wonder!

At just past the first third into the halfway point, this cigar is giving me earthy leather tobacco flavors and I’m good with that.  The retrohale is now a little zippier almost making my eyes water.

At the last third and I can not put this delicious cigar down even though it’s getting hot with those nutty almond mascarpone flavors (that’s usually my signal to end it). There is something that was leaving a tingly minty sensation on my lips… who knows?

Anyway, this is one of my “Special Occasion” cigars for when I need something “Special”!

COVID-19, Day 193:
10th Anniversary, AJ Fernandez, Matt Booth, Nicaraguan Rosado, Room 101, Toro Rolled at A.J. Fernández’s factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, this Room101 10th Anniversary cigar was quite the surprise… I didn’t know what to expect and now I’m wondering if I should have smoked this sooner so I could have purchased more and stocked up on these now hard-to-find cigars.

This cigar was gifted to me by Cody aka @MaduroMadMan at The Cigar Chapel in Bend, Oregon last December 2019… almost a year ago. I don’t know if it was the amount of time resting or that this cigar was already outstanding right out of the box… I’m in love with this premium cigar!

Now I need to find some more to smoke if they’re still around.
