COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 715: 2.5-Mile Cigar
2008 Honduran Jamastran, 2008 Nicaraguan Esteli, 2010 Honduran La Entrada, and 2003 Honduran Olancho, Honduran Colorado Oscuro Olancho, Honduras, Ramon Bueso, Ramon Bueso Genesis Habano, Robusto Except for some burn issues; this Ramon Bueso Olancho Vintage in Robusto by Ramon Bueso was a great Cigar Walk companion this morning. I think there was a twig/stem in the filler somewhere.

Anyway, other than that, a good time was had on this 2.5-Mile streak. I’ll be sure to be on the lookout for any imperfections the next time I pull one of these Ramon Bueso Olancho Vintage cigars out of the TupperDor.

Until next time…

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 609: 2.5-Mile Cigar
2008 Honduran Jamastran, 2008 Nicaraguan Esteli, 2010 Honduran La Entrada, and 2003 Honduran Olancho, Honduran Colorado Oscuro Olancho, Honduras, Ramon Bueso, Ramon Bueso Genesis Habano, Robusto Holy Cow Batman… it was a Freezing 16°F (-8.9°C) 2.5-Mile Cigar-Walk with this Olancho Vintage in Robusto by Ramon Bueso Cigars this morning.

I don’t know what you’ve observed, but I’m thinking freezing weather has to affect the way cigars perform…Yes?

Anyway, during these cold-weather mornings, I’ve been experimenting with a Punch-Cut instead of my usual Straight or V-Cut methods of clipping the cigar cap without any issues… let’s see how this experiment ends up.

Other than the draw kinda getting bogged down; I’m guessing from all the condensation off the cold air, this Ramon Bueso Olancho Vintage performed as admirably as one could expect in these frigid conditions.

Until next time…

COVID-19 Day 539
What a beautiful looking cigar this Ramon Bueso Olancho Vintage in Robusto by Ramon Bueso is… flawless-looking construction of the oily, Colorado Oscuro Olancho wrapper that I understand to be selected and grown specifically for this cigar.

Once lit, volumes of tasty smoke delivered oak, espresso, malty cocoa, and a pepper zing on the retrohale that will be guaranteed to wake you up… I’m digging this Ramon Bueso Olancho Vintage!

At the halfway point I’m determining that this cigar is awesome for the price! It has turned up the volume of the leather tobacco flavors with a red-hot spicy retrohale that I’m having fun with.

At the final third, I was left with a powerhouse of tobacco flavors… I can’t wait to spark this Ramon Bueso Olancho Vintage by Ramon Bueso again!
