Man O' War Armada by A.J. Fernandez

A.J. Fernandez, Armada, Ecuadorian Sumatra Maduro, Man O War, NicaraguaMy-O-My, what a beautiful looking and constructed cigar I’m going to smoke today; I present The Man O’ War Armada by A.J. Fernandez.

I’ve been fortunate to have generous #BOTLs around me lately. This Man O’ War Armada was gifted to me by Ed Hebert aka @EpHebert one of the regulars at the Chamber at 9900 in Beaverton, Oregon where I can be found almost everyday.

First of all, (full disclosure), I’m a huge A.J. Fernandez fan so my expectations were very high for my first time experience with the Armada cigar.

On my very first cold draw, I get subtle spices, cocoa and something sweet; I can’t put my finger on it right now.

At the first inch or so with a perfect draw and razor sharp burn line, thick chewy rich and creamy smoke makes me #SakamotoHappy!

This is a complex cigar. I just want to go find a corner by myself and enjoy this alone. I don’t want to talk to anybody right now… just smoke this beautiful cigar by A.J. Fernandez.

I won’t say that this is a spicy cigar, but there was some black pepper hanging around the sides of my tongue while I enjoyed this journey.

I’ll be smoking more of these for sure, but let me warn you that these are not inexpensive at $15 – $20-bucks a cigar.

Stay Chill
Stay Smoky

Thank you Ed!
