COVID-19 Day 647
L'Atelier Imports, La Mission du L’Atelier, La Mission du L’Atelier 1959, Mexican San Andres, Nicaragua, Pete Johnson, Robusto Through a perfect open draw with just a bit of resistance come sweet, spice, and everything nice… chocolate, black pepper, coffee, leather, and oaky wood with a medium retrohale of dull black pepper spice… it didn’t singe my nostrils!

This is ending beautifully… a reminder to myself to take it slow on the last third to avoid this getting too hot and bitter to enjoy.

FYI, I’m loving this La Mission du L’Atelier 1959. My Mission will be to acquire more of these tasty treats!

COVID-19 Day 405
I’ve been curious and wanted to blaze this La Mission du L’Atelier 1959 in Robusto by L’Atelier Imports for a long time now… Today was the day!

Not having smoked too many L’Atelier brand cigars, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this La Mission du L’Atelier 1959.

Through a perfect draw, my initial puffs brought me creamy coffee and toffee nuanced tobacco flavors with some baking spices in the background. There some other nuanced and unusual tobacco flavors I couldn’t put my finger on since I was having to be “social” during this inaugural smoking experience; so it didn’t have my full attention… but my curiosity is piqued!

I think I’ll pursue a 5-pack if I can find one and well see what she brings… Stay Tuned!
