COVID-19 Day 687
As I continue my Sumatra Wrapper journey for 2022, I was looking forward to smoking for the First Time, this La Gloria Cubana Medio Tiempo in Robusto by La Gloria Cubana Cigars. Not only for the rare Medio Tiempo leaves in the mix, but this blend also uses some Connecticut Broadleaf tobacco on the binder that should offer up some of those tobacco flavors that I seek. Let’s spark this puppy!
Once lit, I was surprised at how open and loose the draw was… maybe a little too much. The smoke came whooshing thru delivering earthy tobacco flavors of slightly sweet cocoa, coffee, leather, and something bready…
So, here I find myself at the end of a pretty good and enjoyable First-Time experience with this new (for me) La Gloria Cubana Medio Tiempo in Robusto by La Gloria Cubana Cigars. I think I could get used to this in the TupperDor.
I have a Toro resting in the TupperDor… let’s smoke that in a couple of months and see who it goes.
Smoke Time: 2-Hours
Until then…
