I was looking forward to smoking this Illusione ~88~ Candela all morning… Today’s the day!

At the start, smoke bellows effortlessly from a perfect draw delivering smooth slightly grassy earthy tobacco flavors… with a nice white pepper spice on the retrohale.

Moving into the second third, I’m impressed with the tobacco blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos (Aganorsa Leaf) that makes this cigar “More than your normal Candela”. I have found these Candela blends from Dion Giolito at Illusione Cigars to be packed with flavor!

Hmmm, now I’m thinking I probably should have these on hand… #Box Worthy!

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 131: 3.0-Mile Cigar
This morning was my maiden voyage with the Illusione ~88~ Candela in Robusto for its first-ever Cigar-Walk. I’ve been craving the Illusione “Green” lately so today’s the day!

I’m been a fan of these Illusione Candela cigars ever since my first puff last year… I’ll be sure to keep a few of these and the Lancero Hl (Holy Lance) stocked in the Sakamoto TupperDor.

This was my first time with the 88 Candela. It had a bad tear in the wrapper, so this did not count. Illusione Cigars saw this and sent me 3 Lanceros and 3 Robustos to replace the two damaged ones that I had received previously
