COVID-19 Day 712:
I realized that I hadn’t smoked this little gem in the Hemingway Best Seller by Arturo Fuente in over two years… let’s do something about that today!
From a short sweet start to woody (cedar/oak) tobacco flavors, this cigar is a joy to smoke.
Nearing the halfway point cedar tobacco flavors come to me upfront with some nutty notes tagging along for the ride… The retrohale is of black pepper with a little zing.
What a nice short and enjoyable little treat this was… perfect when the time is short and you want something with a little class and quality.

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 230: 1.75-Mile Cigar
A quick Cigar-Walk with this “Hemingway Best Seller” by Arturo Fuente Cigars was called for this morning. This short “Classic Cigar” will hopefully be just what the Doctor ordered to do the trick, and get me out and back in before the rains start up again this morning.
I received a perfect performance from this two-year-old “Hemingway Best Seller”… needing no touchups or double puffs to receive good volumes of Cameroon ladened smoke.
I think this was my last one… Time to purchase some more!

It’s always good to stay in touch with the “Classics” as in this Hemingway Best Seller by Arturo Fuente Cigars.

This morning’s cold draw from my Arturo Fuente, Hemingway Best Seller came with a little barnyard aroma, that’s usually a good sign for me.
Once lit, Ahhhhhh, aged tobacco flavors with dark chocolate making itself known in a very rich smooth way. Only a hint of pepper spice on the retrohale, this is a perfect amount for me.
Razor sharp burn line with creamy smooth flavors at the halfway point. Not many transitions for this short cigar that I suspect will only last for another 15 minutes or so.
I’ve always enjoys the Arturo Fuente, Hemingway Best Seller and it’s little sister the Arturo Fuente, Hemingway Short Story.
Total smoke time about 50-minutes.

Truth be told; when I reentered the Cigar Hobby this year (Feb 2018) after a 20-year absence, I came back to my old tried and true Arturo Fuente cigars; Hemingway Short Story and the Hemingway Best Seller and not to forget the ever-dependable Arturo Fuente Sun Grown 858.
Today was the perfect day for the Arturo Fuente Hemingway Best Seller. I had a lunch meeting to get to and had limited time before. The Best Seller was the perfect cigar for this moment with a smoking time of about 45-minutes.
I straight cut the familiar cap and received earthy flavors on the cold draw and once lit, I was off to the races with a mouthful of familiar creamy, woody (cedar), Cameroon Wrapper smoke. I don’t know why I don’t pick this out of the TupperDor more often.
Halfway through and I’m not having to do much with this perfect perfecto of a cigar. Leather starts to show up and that only makes me happier. I think I may be on to something… again. My curiosity has taken me to explore some of the smaller ring-gauge cigars for the times when we don’t have an hour or two to smoke and enjoy and cigar; this size is perfect to allow for some transitions to be noticed. All too often, I’ve found that some of these “quick” cigars are too one-dimensional.
This one hits the sweet spot
