Havana VI Angeles Petite Corona by Tatuaje

Ecuadorian, Habano Rosado, Havana VI Angeles, Pete Johnson, Petite Corona, TatuajeIn honor of today’s namesake, “Tatuaje Tuesday” I choose the Tatuaje Havana VI Angeles (petite corona) mostly because of its size since I was going to try to fit in 3 cigars today… we’ll see.

Dark coffee and leather greet me initially with volumes of smoke and just the correct amount of pepper spice on the retrohale from this smallish cigar. Yep, no doubt about it, this cigar is smoky indeed.

I’m approaching the final third of this Tatuaje Havana VI Angeles (petite corona) and it’s flavors are ramping up with more of the same… an earthy tobacco with leather and spice… #SakamotoHappy

Stay Chill
Stay Smoky

I know that after I smoked the last Tatuaje Havana VI cigar, I decided these made the cut to the Sakamoto TupperDor and I purchased a few Robustos to keep me company. I’m looking forward to today’s undisturbed smoking.

I think we can say this is a “Cuban Style” cigar because that’s what Tatuaje was going for via their Website and others.

This small 48-Gauge cigar came with a Cuban-Style triple cap that delivered tons of smoke provided by an open draw, followed by the black pepper experience I’ve been seeking lately (more likely because of my expectations rather than what the cigar manufacturers claim,)

I decided on a Tatuaje cigar because of the experience I had with the Brown Label Miami Regios I had the other day with a very loose and open draw that I wasn’t expecting or had forgotten about. This little powerhouse confirmed a couple of things and this little treat delivered.

– Chewy Smoke
– Less than an hour to smoke
– More pepper than the Petite Lancero Black Label
