COVID-19 Day 200:
Today was my first time with this newly released Fonseca by My Father Cigars in Robusto. And, it earned a good second chance toward making it into the regular Cigar Rotation… the jury is still out.
Everything that I’ve loved about My Father Cigars can be found in this new Fonseca creation from construction to smoky smoke! My first puffs of this cigar were like gentle kisses that produced mouthfuls of impressive smoke (as you can see); along with the leathery finish that I was looking for as well as on the retrohale… so pretty good start for this new cigar.
This was only a week old from Sellwood Cigar so I’ll wait a bit longer to smoke the other Robusto as well as a couple of smaller Vitolas in the Fonseca Cosacos (5.325″ x 42, Corona).
