Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown Oscuro, Flor de las Antillas Maduro, My Father Cigars, Nicaragua, Toro The Flor de las Antillas Maduro Toro by My Father Cigars has proven itself to me to become one of my favorite cigars for the Cigar-Rotation.

Today, provided through a perfect draw of mouthfuls of smooth chewy smoke of earthy tobacco flavors of dark coffee, chocolate, and cedar. The retrohale is of soft leather with a touch of spice… I was able to bask in its glory for a full two hours of enjoyment with this Flor de las Antillas Maduro.

Until next time…

COVID-19 Day 610
Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown Oscuro, Flor de las Antillas Maduro, My Father Cigars, Nicaragua, Toro This Monday, in honor of today’s day’s namesake, I’m sparking this Ecuadorian Habano SunGrown Oscuro wrapped Flor de las Antillas Maduro in Toro by My Father Cigars. I know this will chill me out… Tasty!

Once lit, mouthfuls of chewy smoke deliver earthy tobacco flavors of dark coffee, chocolate, and cedar. The retrohale is of soft leather with a touch of spice…

At the second third, I’m thoroughly enjoying this creamy and dreamy Flor de las Antillas Maduro. I’m thinking at this point it is a Box-Worthy cigar! At this point, I’m receiving an explosion of all those coveted tobacco flavors that I look for in a cigar, malty chocolate, creamy caramel sweetness, dark coffee, spices, and everything nice!

I’m at the last third and I don’t want this cigar to end, but I have to end it soon because it’s almost time to leave… Oh well.

I can’t wait to blaze this Flor de las Antillas Maduro again! Until next time…

COVID-19 Day 462
Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown Oscuro, Flor de las Antillas Maduro, My Father Cigars, Nicaragua, Toro I have to admit that I’m a latecomer to this My Father Cigar blend of the Flor de las Antillas Maduro (Toro) or I haven’t been pay attention of both… probably both!

I’m just now beginning to discover and wake up to this fantastic cigar! For me, it all started with this way the Flor de las Antillas Maduro in Toro by My Father Cigars felt in my hands… being that it was fully packed and maybe you could say it was on the hefty side, but who’s complaining?

This My Father Cigar specimen pretty much delivers all that I look for in a Premium Maduro cigar… balanced pepper spice, earthy cocoa, leather, and dark coffee (espresso) all come to my riding on chewy smoke.

As I mentioned, this Oscuro-Blend is growing on me along with its Nicaraguan Sun Grown sister… I’m starting to crave smoking these, so I guess that’s good enough reason to put both of these in the regular Cigar Rotation.

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 293: 3.5-Mile Cigar
Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown Oscuro, Flor de las Antillas Maduro, My Father Cigars, Nicaragua, Toro What an awesome Cigar Walk with this Flor de las Antillas Maduro Toro by My Father Cigars. Full-flavored with rich chewy smoke… my kind of cigar!

From the very first puffs came Dark Chocolate and Espresso tobacco flavors that transition to slightly sweet malty chocolate tobacco flavors that ride on chewy smoke … I almost feel guilty taking this out with me on this morning’s trek.

I needed a few touchups along the way, but who cares… there was a bit of a headwind that made for difficult even burning.

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 219: 3.5-Mile Cigar
Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown Oscuro, Flor de las Antillas Maduro, My Father Cigars, Nicaragua, Toro Brrrr, it was cold this morning. When I finally walked out the door it was 17°F (-8.3°C)… This seems to motivate a fast walking pace to keep warm… Just Sayin’!

Anyway, what an outstanding cigar in the Flor de Las Antillas Maduro by My Father Cigars this is. I remember smoking the smaller Vitola in the Petit Robusto almost a year ago that made my eyes go wide, and I promised myself I’d get back to this My Father Cigars blend… it’s taken me this long, but I’m glad I finally got reconnected with this cigar and purchased a bunch of them.

After sparking this Flor de las Antillas Maduro (in Toro) I luxuriated in the dark chocolate and espresso tobacco flavors in the cold morning air… You’ll be seeing more of these on my Cigar Walk very soon.

Box Worthy!
