Farce Maduro Toro by Room101

09/01/2019
Connecticut-seed Arapiraca Maduro, Dominican Republic, Farce Maduro, Matt Booth, Room101After a traditional straight-cut, I’m quickly in the “Zone” after my first few of puffs of the Room 101 Farce Maduro cigar… Wow!

Yes this is an expensive cigar in my opinion and yes, my expectations were probably higher because of the cost but this cigar took me almost two-and-a-half hours to smoke it to the nub. Yes, this was a finger burner all the way to the end; I kept enjoying puff after puff.

To start, a mouth full of chewy earthy and dark cocoa… after about an inch into it, I got blasted with the pepper spice on the retrohale… This cigar is speaking to me now.

At the second third, all the flavors have melded into a smooth creamy delicious smoking experience… the pepper blast has subsided… I can now retrohale at will without tearing up and singing my nostrils.

At the last third, this cigar is bringing me chocolate and almonds with a very mild retrohale of black pepper; this is just a smooth well-rounded chewy cigar.

I’m glad I have another waiting for me. I can’t wait to see what this will evolve into after another month of two.
