In 2017, blender Matt Booth left his current collaborator Davidoff, who had been handling both his production and distribution for his Room 101 Brand, left on his own to create the Farce’ his first cigar since leaving Davidoff.
So, this is my second time with the Farce by Room 101 and it’s a good cigar. If I found this cigar for the correct price, I’d keep a few in my TupperDor.
A cold draw of sweet cocoa greeted me; once lit big creamy smoke of earthy flavors with the pepper gently coating my tongue and appearing faintly on the retrohale, nothing “too” out there.
At the first-inch and there’s not too much to report… just smooth smoky earthy tobacco.
I’m at the halfway point and I’m guessing that I had the same response to the first one I smoked; for the price ($10.00), I was hoping for a little more. Don’t get me wrong, this is a good cigar and I wouldn’t turn it down if one where offered but for $10.00-bucks…?
We’ll see. Again, if I found these for the correct price, Yes.
Stay Smoky
Stay Chill

These are some notes I sent to Jeff Martinez at Sellwood Cigar. My first impressions…
First Third
– Smokey on the draw, Impressive even burn
– Earth and Dry Cereal and something faintly sweet — fruit?
– Can’t put my finger on it
I got a hint of sweetness on the cold draw
It didn’t knock my socks off; So, I’ll need to smoke the other one that I purchased for my final verdict
