COVID-19 Day 990:
Broadleaf, Connecticut Broadleaf, Dominican Republic, La Aurora, La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Manuel Inoa Every time I smoke this La Aurora Preferidos Broadleaf in Robusto by La Aurora Cigars (Miami Cigar & Co) I have to remind myself that I need to smoke this delicious Broadleaf wrapped gem more often!

Full deep rich tobacco flavors from this La Aurora Preferidos Broadleaf will keep me coming back for more!

Deep rich earthy coffee and cocoa through a perfect draw with just the correct amount of resistance are the tobacco flavors that this cigar provides for me. The retrohale at this point is pretty mild and is reinforcing the cocoa flavors.

Until next time…

COVID-19 Day 717:
Broadleaf, Connecticut Broadleaf, Dominican Republic, La Aurora, La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Manuel Inoa I know one thing for certain… I don’t smoke these La Aurora Preferidos Broadleaf by La Aurora Cigars (Miami Cigar & Co) enough or often… I need to change that!

I surprise myself sometimes when I don’t reach for this meaty, earthy, rich, and complex cigar blend when I have an almost full box of these hanging out in the TupperDor that has been marinating for well past a year.

Anyway, today’s smoking experience brought immediate recognition of those coveted tobacco flavors that I look for in a cigar of this type (Connecticut Broadleaf). Delivering tobacco flavors of Earthy cedar, coffee, and cocoa with a sweet Maduro finish. As I revealed more, I continued to luxuriate in this smoking experience today…

So, until next time…

COVID-19 Day 623
Broadleaf, Connecticut Broadleaf, Dominican Republic, La Aurora, La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Manuel Inoa I just realized that today was maybe the second time I’ve smoked this La Aurora Preferidos Broadleaf in Robusto by La Aurora Cigars indoors in a Cigar Lounge. This may have allowed me to miss a few things about this flavor-packed cigar… Today’s discovery… a full-bodied cigar with tobacco flavors of earthy coffee, black pepper, chocolate, with a spicy finish and retrohale. Namely, “Wow”!

I think I’ll be smoking this exclusively indoors moving forward…

The second third of this La Aurora Preferidos Broadleaf Parejo delivers more deep rich earthy mocha tobacco flavors with a touch of sweetness that teases me into the next puff… The draw and burn are perfect with this specimen… I’m diggin’ this cigar!

I can’t wait to smoke it again and again… definitely Box Worthy!

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 519: 2.75-Mile Cigar
Broadleaf, Connecticut Broadleaf, Dominican Republic, La Aurora, La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Manuel Inoa A stellar Cigar Walk was had with this Connecticut Broadleaf wrapped La Aurora Preferidos Diamond (Broadleaf) in Robusto by La Aurora Cigars.

Even while walking through a perfect draw, I was able to discern those tobacco flavors of earthy dark chocolate, nuts, coffee, and spice, especially on the retrohale… I don’t normally retrohale while I’m walking, and I didn’t this morning, but I got a blast of smoke up my nostrils by accident that woke me up from the zippy pepper spice blast!

This La Aurora Preferidos Diamond (Broadleaf) Robusto by La Aurora Cigars (Miami Cigar & Co) is definitely Box Worthy!

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 409: 2.65-Mile Cigar
Broadleaf, Connecticut Broadleaf, Dominican Republic, La Aurora, La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Manuel Inoa I felt like I was getting away with something on this morning’s Cigar Walk with this La Aurora Preferidos Diamond (Broadleaf) Robusto. This Broadleaf cigar just seems too good to take out for a pedestrian activity.

Well, I thoroughly enjoyed the dark chocolate, nuts, coffee, and earthy tobacco flavors on this morning’s trek and I can’t wait to pull another one of these from the box and do it again!

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 238: 2.65-Mile Cigar
It was good to get out in the fresh air after being cooped up all day yesterday because of the we stormy weather.

This morning’s 2.65-Mile Cigar+Walk right down to the Nub… this Box-Worthy La Aurora Preferidos Diamond (Broadleaf) in Robusto by way of Cigar-Concierge Jeff Martinez aka @CigarWrapper from Sellwood Cigar.

COVID-19 Cigar Walk, Day 196: 2.5-Mile Cigar
Broadleaf, Connecticut Broadleaf, Dominican Republic, La Aurora, La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Manuel Inoa I’m a new fan of this La Aurora Preferidos Diamond (Broadleaf) in Robusto enough to purchase a box of these from Sellwood Cigar maybe a week ago and maybe a week too soon to smoke.

I think my impatience got the better of my smoking experience this morning, as I needed to touch up the burn several times during my morning trek. I’m still fairly new to walking while smoking cigars so I’m questioning how does for one, smoking outside affects how the tobacco behaves… especially during a little to moderate wind and cooler or cold temperatures…

I guess I find out soon enough the next time I pull another of these La Aurora Preferidos Diamond Broadleaves to smoke!

Broadleaf, Connecticut Broadleaf, Dominican Republic, La Aurora, La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Manuel Inoa Right away, deep rich earthy coffee and cocoa through a perfect draw with just the correct amount of resistance. The retrohale at this early start is pretty mild only reinforcing the cocoa flavors.

At the second third, leather comes to the forefront. This is an awesome cigar! All the tobacco flavors that make me go “Wow” are in this cigar. The retrohale offers no spice, just cocoa, and leather flavors so far.

The La Aurora Preferidos Diamond (Broadleaf) in Robusto is a finger burner for sure. I’ll be on the hunt for these for sure, for sure!
