COVID-19 Day 783
Today I’m vetting this much-acclaimed Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapped Rocky Patel Decade in Toro (BP) by Rocky Patel Cigars. I smoked the Robusto Vitola a couple of months earlier and it had just missed the mark of what I was looking for, so after reading some online reviews I decided to try this larger Toro Vitola… This is my First-Time with this Toro Vitola… I’m expecting more!
Once lit, thru a perfect draw, come almost dry but creamy smoke delivering earthy black coffee and baking chocolate tobacco flavors with a zingy white pepper spice on the retrohale.
At the halfway point, leather tobacco flavors make their appearance and I’m very happy about that!
Overall, I think this Rocky Patel Decade in Toro (BP) has some potential to satisfy my Sumatra wrapper cravings… I can’t wait to smoke this again!
Until next time…
