COVID-19 Day 527:
I was on a mission a couple of months ago to explore this line of Tatuaje Cigars in the Cojonu 2012 Series… today’s specimen was this Cojonu 2012 Broadleaf by Tatuaje Cigars. I’ve smoked a few of these before, but never really appreciated them at the time; probably because my palate wasn’t as mature or “developed” as it is now (with a lot more to learn).
Once lit, cocoa, leather, and black pepper with a zippy black pepper spice on the retrohale welcome me to today’s smoking experience with this Cojonu 2012 Broadleaf. Onto the second third, cocoa tobacco flavors join the party along with some woody cedar notes. The burn was as perfect as one could be, needing no touch-ups… I’m looking forward to keeping these Tatuaje Cojonu 2012s around, even if they are a little spendy.

COVID-19 Day 436:
The Tatuaje Cojonu 2012 Broadleaf by Tatuaje Cigars is a Full-Flavored and Full-Bodied cigar treat!
Plenty of tasty smoke, delivering rich slightly sweet cocoa and pepper tobacco flavors… earthy leather flavors arrive and I’m happy to marinate in this cigar.
I can’t wait to smoke the Tatuaje Cojonu 2012 Broadleaf again… soon!
