COVID-19 Day 719
It seemed like it had been forever since I last smoked this Illusione ~cg:4~ “White Horse” by Illusione Cigars. Part of the Illusione “Original Documents” line of cigars.
Once lit, through a perfect draw with just the correct amount of resistance came earthy woody chocolate tobacco flavors with mild cocoa and black pepper flavors on the retrohale.
At the halfway point, leather tobacco flavors had joined the party with the retrohale ramping up to a zingy pepper spice. I’d say this was a more sophisticated type of cigar that requires discipline to sip and not suck the smoke out of it kind of cigars… this Illusione ~cg:4~ White Horse is to be enjoyed!

It’s always a Good Day when you get to smoke an “Aged” Illusione ~cg:4~ White Horse by Illusione Cigars with its Nicaraguan AAA Grade Corojo Rosado (Colorado) wrapper… I know this will be a tasty treat since it has been resting for at least a year in the TupperDor.
Now leave me alone while I enjoy this delicious cigar!

Another exquisite experience with this cigar. Lovin’ this one! Sakamoto-Happy!

The cg4 White Horse by Illusione is a clean, bold, balanced, flavorful, and aromatic cigar. A perfect cigar for my mornings; just how I like my mornings to start!
Here I am again with this beautiful cigar. At the mention of the Illusione f9 by CTO Talent @rWalker333 aka Rian Walker yesterday, I’m using it as an excuse to smoke another of my sequestered Illusione cg4s. Especially after I got to experience the hL Holy Lance Lancero last week during Lancero February. After my wow experience and some drilling down, I found that there are several Illusione cigars that use the same components (tobaccos) in these different vitals
At the half, earthy wood, leather, nuts, and cocoa are the main course for the cg4. There’s enough pepper spice on the retrohale to keep it interesting for me.
All those delicious flavors I have discovered and describe before are still keeping me coming back

A straight-cut snip and a clip and I’m off to the races with the Illusione CG4 White Horse cigar.
Once lit, smooth spicy smoke welcomes. Ahhhhhh, just what I’ve been looking for along with earth, coffee, and a bit of cocoa.
30-minutes later at the end of the first third delivered mouthfuls of leather and dry earthy smoke. There’s a nice pepper spice on the retrohale with an ash that hangs on for almost an inch or so with a razor-sharp char line.
At the halfway, second third, earthy leather, and spice keep me company; oh and there’s some dark cocoa creeping into prominence in there too. I’m glad I have a handful of these in my TupperDor.
The Illusione CG4 White Horse cigar is special.

This is probably my second or third Illusione cg4 (White Horse, 5.625 x 46). The more cigars I smoke of this size, the more I like them.
The usual punch-cut this week produced something sweet on the cold draw. Once lit, wonderful full smoke and flavors of tobacco and earth rewarded me with a perfect draw from this 46-gauge cigar.
Sweet cocoa appears along with something nutty joined by leather and a little pepper spice on the retrohale, but nothing on my tongue at the first light.
Overall, the cg4 is a delightfully nutty, earthy, with just the correct amount of spice. The first third lets you know the spice is there in a subtle way, a light flavor of pepper and just the correct amount of spice, earthiness, and a hint of chocolate on the medium-bodied finish.
Toward the last third, not much has changed, this cigar has been pretty consistent all the way; the amount of spice is just the correct amount of “seasoning” for this cigar and the heat at the end never arrived; cool to the last puff.
Delicious
