COVID-19 Day 844
Passing time at the Casa du Parents with this Bolivar Cofradia in Toro by Bolivar Cigar / Forged Cigar Company.
I’m smoking this outdoors, so we’ll see how it tastes. I’m discovering that I’m not able to detect some of the nuances of the cigars that I smoke outdoors, so I’m thinking this may make a difference in what I choose to smoke in these conditions.

COVID-19 Day 746
Today was my first time smoking this Bolivar Cofradia in Toro by Bolivar Cigar / Forged Cigar Company. It seems like everybody and his or her uncle has smoked this but me…
Once lit, I discovered a draw that was a little snug but allowed just enough goodness to come through so it wasn’t a huge issue. Sparse smoke (because of the draw) delivered earthy tobacco flavors with some woody notes and some soft slightly sweet cocoa. The retrohale was nice soft leather with a little black pepper to go along with it.
About the halfway point, I was starting to detect some of those Sumatra wrapper flavors that I was looking forward to… they finally showed up, Sakamoto Happy!
I’ll let these Bolivar Cofradias marinade for a month or so and then I’ll spark it again…
Until next time…
