COVID-19 Day 912:
The Archetype Axis Mundi in Toro by Ventura and Drew Estate Cigars
is one of my favorite indulgences. Ever since I was introduced to this cigar in 2021, I’ve been seeking it out and I now have a decent stash of these after discovering them online a few months ago. Let’s get smoking!
This Axis Mundi provided right away a perfect draw offering the correct amount of resistance that delivered familiar sweet tobacco flavors of vanilla and chocolate. The retrohale provides some white pepper flavors that I’m digging into.
Daydreaming along the way, I resurface from my consciousness to smack my lips once in a while in appreciation of the Indonesian Sumatra binder tobacco flavors that I detect providing its signature Umami smoking experience… I LOVE this cigar!
I can’t wait to smoke this again, and again, and again!

COVID-19 Day 802
You know that feeling of joy or appreciation when you’ve selected a cigar from the TupperDor that you know will deliver… as in this delicious Archetype Axis Mundi in Toro by Ventura and Drew Estate Cigars.
Well, today was such a day… I was able to bask in the smoky deliciousness of this Archetype Axis Mundi as I visited with BOTL Steven Beachner at Sellwood Cigar… talkin’ cigar and stuff.
Expect to see more of these in the very near future…

COVID-19 Day 653
This Archetype Axis Mundi in Toro by Ventura and Drew Estate Cigars is starting to become one of those cigars that I crave the more I smoke it. And, I think I know why…
This year in 2022 I’m on a Sumatra Wrapper journey, exploring the different uses and blends with this tasty tobacco; that so happens to be in this Archetype Axis Mundi by way of the Indonesian Sumatra wrapper that I think is responsible for delivering those deep rich tobacco flavors that I’ve been seeking from this particular tobacco leaf.
Anyway, I’ve been digging this Archetype Axis Mundi lately, so expect to see more of it in the very near future.

COVID-19 Day 559
Since I recently discovered that this Archetype Axis Mundi in Toro is a collaboration by Ventura and Drew Estate Cigars… It’s no wonder that smoking this cigar is smooth flavorful sailing through and through!
I was first introduced to the Robusto Vitola of this Archetype Axis Mundi blend almost 3-Years ago to the day! I initially enjoyed those deep rich tobacco flavors from my First-Time experience, but never pursued it… Until I was gifted the Toro Vitola from Ed Wong of Drew Estate fame a couple of months ago… I’m a “Fan” of this cigar now!
I can’t wait to smoke it again soon… maybe this is destined for a Box Purchase…

COVID-19 Day 525
I haven’t smoked very many of this collaboration of Archetype Axis Mundi cigars by Ventura and Drew Estate Cigars, but from what I can remember was reinforced by today’s Toro that I smoked.
From a perfect draw, I was immediately immersed in oak, chocolate, and earthy tobacco flavors with a moderate amount of pepper, leather, and brown sugar to enjoy. Smokings further on down the line were occasional notes of raisin, cherry, and gingerbread. The flavors all melded well together, and each puff had a nice amount of depth and variation in what I tasted.
I was so impressed that I purchased a good handful of these to enjoy hopefully soon.
